Welcome to the beautifully renovated Villa Privilege, a massive 7-bedroom, 10,764 square foot home located in the picturesque, sheltered cove of Anse Marcel on the northwestern tip of St Martin. This tranquil, comfortable villa is nestled on a lush 2-acres and offers a massive terrace with breathtaking views of the bay, the yacht club, and the beach below.
Villa Privilege is perfect for a large family reunion or a group of friends. Built on 4 levels, the main level offers a well thought out open floor plan with plenty of beautiful indoor and outdoor seating arrangements, indoor and alfresco dining, and a lovely modern, very well-equipped kitchen. The villa is designed with high quality furniture and décor throughout in cool, calming hues of white, creams and greys, yet still reflects the vibrancy of the Caribbean. The living areas open to a sprawling partially covered furnished terrace and a very large, private infinity edge swimming pool.
The villa offers 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. 6 of the 7 bedrooms have stunning sea views and 3 are large suites with sitting areas. The upper level has 2 kings and 1 queen, the pool level has 1 queen, and the lower level has 3 kings. All bedrooms have air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi access, and ensuite with separate toilet.
The Anse Marcel beach offers the softest white sand you’ll find on the island combined with calm clear waters and is reachable within minutes from the villa. For a more commercial and active beach, the famous Orient Bay is only an 8 minute drive away, as is Grand Case for a plethora of dining options.
