La Samanna welcomes you to the Fitness Center open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Our beautiful free standing facility surrounded by glass doors and bougainvillea, sports a full range of cardio equipment by Life Fitness, circuit machines by Cybex, as well as free weights up to 100 lbs. Towels, water and a shower with amenities are provided for you. Private training is available by appointment. La Samanna also offers the only fully equipped Pilates Center in the Caribbean with a certified instructor available for private sessions.
The La Samanna tennis facility, built by Agile Courts, is open for complimentary guest play daily until 10:00pm. Enjoy 3 Courts 1/Hard 2/Omni. Nighttime play on well-lit courts. Complimentary Tennis Clinic Tues/Thurs 9:00a.m. Tennis Pro available on request. Whether you need a lesson or a partner to hit with, our Pro is available at your request. La Samanna has Cabanas available for rent on the beach. The round design was created to provide unobstructed views and maximum airflow. The deck is made from environmentally friendly epi wood. The 9 foot long half moon bed with billowing white pillows and matching teak chaise lounges complete the package.
"Cabana Packages" are available for $300/day, $825/3-Days and $1800/7-day Rentals... Amenities include: Use of iPod Minis loaded with music (2/cabana), chilled bottle of Champagne or wine (1 bottle/day), a L'Occitane travel beach bag with skin care products, cabana attendant, cold bottled water, towels, etc. Flat screen TVs are also available at no charge upon request.

MYBA ST MAARTEN CHARTER SHOW 2009 : Trades Association (SMMTA), will from now on be known as the MYBA St. Maarten Charter Show. This year's show will take place in Sint Maarten from 6-9 December 2008 inclusive. This acquisition will allow MYBA to offer charter brokers a winter charter show, run specifically with their best interests in mind, as well as those of their fleets, owners, captains and crews.
Both organizations are committed to bringing the same standards and quality which has become synonymous with the MYBA sister show in Genoa while at the same time preserving the Caribbean flair and excitement of Sint Maarten.
Right from its opening ceremony on the 16th, the mood will be glowing. There will be queen and teen shows to set the tempo afloat. There is loads of skin on display and the best is crowned the queen in different age groups. That is just the start. The
22nd and 23rd are days meant for youthful brashness. They will dance and carouse and have the entire stage set for them to call the shots. It is only on 24th that girls invade and how! Then the show will take a breather and get a bit sedate till 28th. Then it returns with full swing and a sea of floating bodies in all colors. J’ouvert shows are meant to be just that. And they drive you crazy. .
30th and 1st are slated for Grand parade and Labors Day Parade. There will be ear splitting music and lots of dance on and off the streets. Final two days are what define the carnival.
On Saturday the 2nd, Soca will be soaking the entire St. Maarten in its deafening sounds. The socaphiles have their own of enjoying the nights. The flourishing attendance will have no moment of boredom as they negotiate the carnival.
The final day (4th May) will takes the cake with lovers’ celebration expected in full speed. There will be lots of kissing seen as proposals bounce from one end to other. The feeling will take long to sink in.

Cancellations received after those times will be charged 3 nights unless the reservation is for 1 or 2 nights in which case the charge will be for one or two nights as applicable.
Reservations cancelled inside the above cancellation periods or guests departing earlier than originally scheduled will be charged for the full stay. We recommend travel insurance. Special cancellation charges apply to holiday bookings.
