Wow! Talk about a renovation! From the moment we walked in we were extremely impressed with what the new owner of Turquoze has done... An absolute transformation into a beautiful new contemporary 4 bedroom with breathtaking views. It is hard to decide whether to look at the villa or the extraordinary views.
Nestled in the hills high above Orient Bay, Turquoze enjoys a stunning view over the whole Orient Bay area and ocean beyond from the infinity edge pool and brand new sun deck. As the sun goes down the villa transforms into a very special fantasy like atmosphere ... not only does the view start to twinkle as the lights go up in the bay, the patio furniture and planters become luminous and glows from within.
The sophisticated yet fun interior spaces are fully air-conditioned and include a large white living area that opens to the terrace and fabulous view through large glass doors and annexing the living area, a beautiful modern kitchen with a kitchen pass through to the bar area of the living room.
All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have beautiful modern en-suite bathrooms, 2 are located on either side of the living area, the 3rd bedroom is located on the upper level and the 4th bedroom on the lower level. All 4 have king beds and enjoy the fabulous view and can be accessed from the interior.
There is an air-conditioned fitness room with ocean view located on the lower level, equipped with 2 exercise bikes, a multi-gym and free weights.
Just a short drive down the hill is fun filled Orient beach offering all the water sports, gourmet fare, cocktails, and people watching one could ever want. The lovely village of Grand Case is just a 10 minute drive away.
Please note... The sister villa "Topaz" located right next door, offers 3 bedrooms so for larger groups these villas wil comfortably accommodate up to 14 persons!
