Looking for a charming yet affordable home in Orient Bay with private pool and a short walk from the beach? Voila! You’ve found it! Welcome to Villa Soliti, a lovely, peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in the heart of Orient Bay and is an easy, 2 minute walk to the fabulous Orient Beach and a 5 minute walk to the quaint “Le Place”, the village square with its shops and restaurants.
Soliti is built on 2 levels, the main level offering a spacious living area and adjacent well equipped kitchen, both of which open to a covered terrace and on out to the pool. Located behind the kitchen on the same level is one of the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower. This bedroom has a set of twins which can also be made into a king bed.
Upstairs are the 2 remaining bedrooms, each with a king bed and they share a bathroom with walkin shower and double sinks. One of these bedrooms also has a balcony overlooking the pool.
You will be impressed with Soliti’s interior space, but seduced by its outdoor space with furnished terrace including alfresco dining and plush seating. The swimming pool sits in a charming garden surrounded by privacy walls.
Soliti is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi, Smart TV with French Cable, a personal safe, a gas BBQ, hair dryers, linens, bath and beach towels, designated parking, Washing machine and drying rack.
The fully equipped kitchen provides an oven, stove, large fridge, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, micro wave, toaster, and all the pots and pans, and dishes you’ll need for a relaxing vacation.
