Caribbean Princess...Superb		I have just returned from a fabulous stay on St. Martin. Your condo suggestion, the Caribbean Princess, was superb. The property was exactly as you described. The realty office there, particularly Magali, were very attentive to any problems we experienced. Also your advice to get a rental car was great way to see the island. Thanks again for your help. Faboulous Beachfront Paradise		We just returned from a Christmas to New Year stay at the Caribbean Princess condo unit C1. This was booked through The St. Martin Reservation Center in the states. They have a local liaison office about 500 yards away from the condo. This unit was spotless with two enormous bedrooms with beautiful appointments throughout. A very spacious patio with chaise lounges accessible through the living room. The location was everything you'd want, very quiet and safe yet a two minute stroll to the beaches where an arrangement with the property arranges for lounge chairs and umbrellas at no charge (if you purchase lunch...believe me you will want to!). Having an on-site property manager, Magali of Sprimbarth realty, was quiet helpful for local orientation and or any issues with the condo, not that there were any. Ted at St Martin Reservation Center, a veteran of St Martin rentals gave us great help and delivered exactly what he described to us. I Would Recommend To My Best Friend		An incredible beach that we walked every day. The villa was large with a big patio and deck which included a swing and three lounge chairs. The back area was very private but did not have a view of the beach (which was beyond the parking lot). Took 1 minute to walk to the beach but know that the cruise buses come into the parking area. Villa rental includes access to lounge chairs. The owners are always accessible and left us a cellphone to contact them which we did have to do once. Because this is a private home you are responsible for the purchasing of additional paper products and dish soap, etc. We asked for a broom but did not get one. The cleaning lady came in on Wednesday and did a good job but still would have preferred a broom to manage the daily sand. Restaurants are incredible!
