Best Ever in the Caribbean - Superb in all Aspects		We have been vacationing in the Caribbean for over 20 years, 3 trips each year. This was by far the greatest experience we have ever had. The Management description is all true but it's even better. All the previous reviews are true but it's better. The Condo is fabulous , great design and use of space and colors. Feels very spacious with obviously fantastic balcony and views of the beach. Modern appliances in the kitchen and plenty of cutlery and glassware. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Bathrooms had lovely soft bath towels. Location is awesome. Grocery Store and Bakery around the corner. We used the delivery grocery service for initial supplies and they were great. Highly recommend. Rainbow Cafe next door was our base. Wonderful staff, great beach chairs and food for lunch and Dinner was very good. Ate out each night and the Eateries on the Blvd are truely exceptional. Top of the Blvd about 2 Blocks from Calypso. Don't miss La Petite Table, close to Calypso and realatively new. It was our overall favorite. What's better than world class cuisine dressed in shorts? Rental Agency was a true pleasure. Shout out to Robbin at SMRC, who answered all questions quickly and was a wealth of information . No need to repeat other reviews but we will be back soon. Perfect Views! Perfect Location! Perfect Accommodations! Perfect Vacation!		Reviewed July 6, 2015 This trip was a gift to my daughter and my mother (and me, of course! :D ). We could not have had a more wonderful experience! Calypso is a beautiful and well-appointed condominium. My daughter enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs loft/apartment. All of us enjoyed the incredible views and the great location! We loved going to the Rainbow each day for a drink or a snack. The food is great! All of the staff were very friendly! Vincente was especially welcoming, and was very patient with all of our questions that ranged from how to pronounce things in French, whether or not items were vegan, and where to go in Grand Case. He makes awesome 'Royal' Mohitos, too! Make sure to get one! We also had a wonderful dinner at Le Tastevin! The views from the dining room are also very beautiful! We wanted a laid back beach experience. Grand Case was the ideal location! The beach has soft sand that and the water is an amazing turquoise blue that is lovely for swimming. At night, not only do you hear the waves, but the wind, as well. There is always a breeze!! All people with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful! Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, local shops, and groceries. While you do not need a car, if you do have one, a trip into Marigot is fun to do! We cannot wait to return! STAY HERE! It's Awesome		We stayed here last week to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. There were 6 of us - 3 couples. Pros It's really beautiful Great location - close to the restaurants and ON THE BEACH Fantastic terrace Plenty of room for 6 adults Plenty of privacy from each other Big fridge Great kitchen Wine cooler Groceries and bakeries really close (plus Hope estate is a good walk or a short drive) Parking Wi-Fi AC Washing machine Dishwasher Cons - sort of - these were the only 2 "I wish" thoughts we had I wish there was a shelf or something in the shower for shampoo etc. I wish the sheets were a little nicer (softer, better quality?) Additionally, I wish there was a booklet or folder of info in the apt. with info like what to do with the garbage, a map of various things. We have been to Grand Case a few times so we knew where to go but a newbie might not. The cons in NO WAY took away from our experience. I'm already planning on renting here again with my entire family - the owner has the 3 BR penthouse and the main floor 2 BR apt. They have an agreement with Rainbow Cafe next door for free use of the beach chairs but they were closed while we there so we went to Captain Frenchy's on the other side and we LOVED them. gorgeous, relaxing and fun beach stay		We toured all the beaches on St. Martin and Grand Case is the best. We loved Calypso Penthouse because it's beautiful, spacious and has a great deck with a view. We liked being next to the Rainbow Cafe for the chairs and drinks and meals, despite the party that kept us awake one night. We hope to return to Grand Case and will choose Calypso again.
