Great spot, Convenient location, Close to everything

We loved our stay at Caribbean Princess-Alexia. 2nd floor has a great view of the beach, beautiful sunrises. walking distance to town, close to all the beach clubs. We ha 2 grown children with us and they loved the beach and location in St Martin. Julie the property manager was very helpful when needed, the condo was well equipped, washer, no dryer, but things air dried well enough. pool was private and close, parking not an issue. we rented a car and drove all over the island, we still preferred our beach.

When one reads reviews and looks at websites you never expect that reality is the same. The condo was magnificent, Julie the manager and her team willing to go over and above the call of duty, and the location the most perfect on the Island.
The condo was completely stocked and even more delightful was the welcome gifts and the provision of a local cell phone for our use to avoid international charges.
The Caribbean Princess is perfect for families and allows for enough space for all to be comfortable.
We look forward to visiting again!

Fabulous Beachfront Paradise

We just returned from a Christmas to New Year stay at the Caribbean Princess condo unit C1.
This was booked through The St. Martin Reservation Center in the states. They have a local liaison office about 500 yards away from the condo. This unit was spotless with two enormous bedrooms with beautiful appointments throughout. A very spacious patio with chaise lounges accessible through the living room.
The location was everything you'd want, very quiet and safe yet a two minute stroll to the beaches where an arrangement with the property arranges for lounge chairs and umbrellas at no charge (if you purchase lunch...believe me you will want to!).
Having an on-site property manager, Magali of Sprimbarth Realty, was quiet helpful for local orientation and or any issues with the condo, not that there were any.
Ted at St Martin Reservation Center, a veteran of St Martin rentals gave us great help and delivered exactly what he described to us. A great location and a stress-free holiday.

Perfect location, great for families

My husband and I have been going to St. Martin for 20 years. Orient Beach is our preferred location. This year we brought our kids and grandkids with us and needed large accommodations.
After checking around, we found Caribbean Princess. We had two adjacent second floor condos, 2 bedrooms each, with a loft in one. They were spacious and nicely decorated, with a great view of the beach and ocean.
It took less 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach. There is also a pool which the kids loved. This arrangement was perfect for us and we will go back. It is not a hotel, so there is no reception and there are no hotel type services, but that was not a problem for us.

Lovely unit

We stayed for one week in the Caribbean Princess Manon unit. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shopping service that is available was excellent.
The only downside is that the Waikiki Beach parking lot is directly between the unit and the beach. It was not real busy but the location was not private. I do believe that other than the Club Orient it is the only rental on the beach

Pros: Great location, you can easily walk to several restaurants and the beach is straight ahead. Beautiful condo interiors, nice design and had everything you need for a one week stay. Upper level is a must as you have an ocean view.
Cons: There is a public parking lot between you and ocean so the view isn't that great come mid day. The tennis courts were in total disrepair so we had to pay for private courts. It's really hard to find! The streets have no names and the map/directions we were given were pretty useless. I would ask for a details map next time. There is no one really available there to ask questions so having a plan ahead of time of what you want to see/do is ideal.

Enjoyed Orient Beach

The 3 bedroom apartment at The Princess Condos is comfortable for 2 couples and two children but it would be tight for 6 adults.
Living room and balcony are spacious, the 2 lower level bedrooms are fine but the upper level bedroom is open to the living room, so can be noisy if people are watching TV downstairs.
The kitchen has basic utensils but works fine for breakfast and light snacks. The best part of the location is that it is on Orient beach! The service and food at the beach restaurants are good and the swimming is excellent. The restaurants in Grand Case are very good

Relaxing in Paradise

We love staying here because you don't have to drive if you don't want to. There is wonderful variety of restaurants along the beach, there is some shopping and beach boys to bring you any kind of beverage you might want. You get up in the am, put on your suit and walk out the door to the beach!

Easy, breezy... fabulous location, everything you need ...

We have stayed twice at Caribbean Princess -- in 2009 and just recently in 2013. A small commerical area with grocery, bakery, and a nice choice of restaurants just down the road/beach is key to the great location.
We had two different unit layouts, each worked fine. Plenty of room for groups of 4 and more; good kitchen with counter seating, dining area; beautiful spacious deck. Walk to beach, nice pool, lovely landscaping. Very clean and secure, good parking. Couldn't really ask for more.

Sunshine, gorgeous ocean views, relaxation, and family fun!

The 2BR/2Ba loft condo offered plenty of space for our family to relax and have fun! The well-appointed kitchen & washing machine made it easy to keep condo and clothes clean.
The Orient Beach location provided morning sun with our coffee and a cultural experience for our children; overall a great place to be on the island.
Lots of tour buses and people, however, so not super quiet until after 5 pm. Kids enjoyed the pool when beach and sun became too much. Some cleaner/comfortable seating pool-side would be a nice touch.
Restaurants in Orient Village were very convenient (especially loved La Pimente and crepes at the "After Beach" snack place); also L'Astrolabe was one of best meals we had. On a further food note: make the trip into Grand Case in the morning for pastries at La Moulin patisserie - baguettes, pain chocolate, and almond croissant were superb!
Lack of wi-fi signal strength in the condo was a bit of a problem and left us feeling a bit frustrated; didn't want to be plugged-in all the time, but, as business owner, needed to check-in once in awhile...
Orient Beach utility problems during our stay meant no water for several hours each day. A temporary problem not within control of Carribbean Princess, but the unpredictability and inconvenience did add stress and frustration to our stay making it not quite as relaxing a get-away as we had planned/hoped for.
