Excellent location with a breath taking view

Previous guest have already identified what a great place this is. The villa is (as the crow flies) about 3 blocks up from the beach and at the start of a hill, thus we have a great view down to the water and the three surrounding small islands just off shore. In reality we have to walk two blocks down the hill (paved road) West, then three blocks North to the beach.
Our maid came every day except Sunday at around 10 am and immediately went about cleaning and changing bedding and towels.
Excellent location based on a trade off of not being directly on the beach, but with a breath taking view. There was always a soothing breeze at this location.
Quiet neighborhood. Very solid structure thus it was very quiet inside at night. Wireless Internet connection is very fast, but works faster if you bring along your own Ethernet cable.
Lots of room for four couples. Big bedrooms with walk in showers. Excellent security system within our own large gated yard.
Quick response from the villa manager on anything we had issues with. Very good maid service. WOW all bed linens and bath towels were changed every day.
We always bring along a small 220-110-volt transformer to foreign countries, but we found this house has this large 20 pound 220-110 V transformer that nicely servicing our needs within outlets in just about every room.
The house has an excellent air conditioning system with large modern individual units in every room.
Any and all negative items were quickly corrected by the local manager, other issues were address directly by the owner back in the states. Only negative: the pool pump was Out Of Service, but the owner noted they are in the process of totally overhauling the pool system in the next few weeks.
Great luxury for four old naturist couples (two retired and two still working) from Wisconsin spitting the overall cost of this very grand accommodation. The owner is very informative towards answering any of your questions.

We loved it!!

We just got back from our trip to St. Martin and all I can think about is planning our next trip back! My family has vacationed in St. Martin for several years, however, this was our first time staying at Villa Mediterranne. We loved it!!!
It was absolutely perfect for our two families. The children (ages 3 and 5) loved the pool area and we all felt very safe at night. The villa has a gate and security system. The view from the villa of Orient Beach is breathtaking!
All of the four rooms are very spacious and have everything you could want/need. The kitchen is also very spacious and looked to be updated recently. The hot tub was not working the week we were there, which was fine.
The property manager and staff all were very nice and helpful. The owner, Alain, was also very helpful, sending us places he recommends and things to do. Like I said, we travel often to St. Martin so we have our favorite places to go, especially traveling with young children. However, this time we ate at a couple of the places the owner, Alain, suggested and they were great!
There is a little grocery store very close by that has a lot of things you may need, which we found very convenient. My husband and I have fallen in love with St. Martin and now we are enjoying building lifelong memories with our two girls.
We love that we know the island pretty well and we love that you have the ability to take day trips over to Pinel Island, Anguilla and St. Bart's. This trip was amazing, from the Villa to the friendly people we encountered along the way. We cannot thank you enough for a great week!

Perfect Vacation

We loved our week at Villa Mediterranee. The house sits up on a hill, the views are breathtaking and the property itself is quite lovely (especially the outdoor patios).
It was the perfect vacation for me, my husband and our 3 adult daughters and their husbands. We spent our days down at the beach (only a 5 minute walk) and would return late afternoons to lounge around the pool and enjoy cocktails.
It was wonderful to be able to “eat in” some nights – the kitchen is very traveler friendly and they even have a grill! All of the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.
Our week at Villa Mediterranee was probably the easiest and most relaxing family vacation we have had – thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Great Moments

We had our fair share of great moments in this villa. The villa is spacious, secure and fresh as it is located on a hilltop overlooking the striking Orient beach. The house is tropically decorated and refreshing. Huge rooms and balcony. Plenty of attractions and activities to indulge in. We cannot thank you enough to the pleasant owner and staff who helped us big time

We loved our week at Villa Mediterranee. The house sits up on a hill, the views are breathtaking and the property itself is quite lovely (especially the outdoor patios). "Beautiful villa that exceeded expectations"

Loved this villa!! Stayed with 3 friends but the amount of space could accommodate a much larger group.
There were 4 large bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a large TV room, kitchen, laundry room, eating area, outdoor deck, pool and hot tub.
My friends and I made use of all the facilities and particularly loved the beautiful pool, which was great for a quick dip during the day and to tan by. The hot tub was also great!
The house manager was very attentive, and when we had a problem she quickly sent over help in about 5 minutes. We were allowed to choose how frequently a maid came and the maid did a very thorough job of cleaning the villa.
My favorite aspect of the villa was the spaciousness and the incredible views. From a balcony on the top floor you could see Orient Bay, other beaches, and mountains in a gorgeous panoramic view.
The location was also great, as it was inside a gated community and felt very safe, plus it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants.
Because of our rental, we got free beach access and lounge chairs from La Playa, a beach bar/restaurant on Orient Bay.
A large grocery store, was a quick drive away, which we found very convenient. I completely recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing, peaceful vacation in St. Martin!
