| Loved this villa. Very comfortable and felt at home. 2 separate accomadations, Master suite is the house on the left in pictures and main house on the right. for a large family which is who we traveled with for this trip.
Master is fully self contained with a TV, couch, small refrigerator and dishes and large glorious bathroom! Your own balcony too! Cool that it is self serve with the liquor...drink what is there and leave what you buy and don't drink. Decor downstairs is a little dated but works.
Service from Bernard and Eudora was great. Sandy, the neighbors dog, was adorable. We wanted to take her home! She acted like she belonged to us. Hung out with us constantly. This is NOT a house for children under the age of approximately 10.
The railings around the patio and are all open with a 30 foot drop. Also, LOTS of stairs so older family members or disabilities would have a difficult time. One complaint was that the pool was is BAD shape while we were there. Green, foggy and not clean. NOT like the pictures...we used it the entire time so that part was fine but we wanted the clear blue in pictures.
We did complain at the real estate office and they had someone come the same day but only got minimally better by the end of our trip.
Grocery shopping is VERY expensive on the island. Go the Gran Marche (the big supermarket about 15 minutes away) for shopping. Mama Rosa's Pizzeria was fantastic as was The Dinghy Dock Bar. Everything is provided in the house. All in all, a great trip!
