Paradise Found		An outstandingly property with an infinity pool overlooking Simpson Bay beach. The entire complex of 12 units is meticously maintained and has its own water tank and generator so no need to worry about the "normal" island utility interruptions. All units have great beach views but the best views are from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor. (Yes there is an elevator😊). Our unit had "Arctic" AC (very nice) fast internet and satellite tv so we could maintain contact with the outside world should we choose too. The kitchen has all the necessary "stuff" should you feel the need to cook but with so many great restaurants the urge to cook should fade rapidly. You will need a car and we found Thrifty had the newest cars and a good price of $99 per week. Make sure you set aside time to have lunch or dinner on Simpson Bay beach at Karakter restaurant just down the beach from the property. We are coming back!! Beautiful condo in perfect location		Very well appointed, tastefully furnished, fully equipped condo right on the beach at Simpson Bay. Beautiful terrace to eat outside or lounge with stunning view and the soothing sound of the surf. Lovely infinity pool. Las Arenas has only 12 units or so and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Some restaurants within walking distance which was great. Very close to the airport, convenient but you do hear the planes. That was not a problem for us. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
