Matisse 1 is now better than ever! Located just steps from beautiful Orient Beach, this charming and spacious 3 bedroom home offers what you’ll need to experience a fun filled, relaxing Caribbean vacation on a fabulous, soft whit sandy beach!

 

Villa Matisse is a comfortable tri-level, fully air-conditioned vacation condo. It offers a sunny entry, beautiful new grey travertine flooring throughout, and a contemporary open-concept living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with Corian counter tops. On the ground floor guests enjoy the newly furnished living and dining room with lots of light, pops of color, and plenty of seating, and a powder room. The very large, completely new kitchen has a breakfast bar and all new appliances. This level opens to a private, fenced backyard with a keyed gate to get to the beach, and covered patio with alfresco dining.

 

This beautiful property has three bedrooms, all with spectacular beach views and air-conditioning units, as well as three ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 with king bed and 1 with a queen bed, along with a small nook in the hallway with a desk that can convert into a twin bed. And on the 3rd floor is a spacious master suite with king bed. All bedrooms offer spectacular beach views form the balconies, and individual air-conditioning units.

 

You will be only a short walk to the charming Orient Village Square, “Le Place”. Here there are a plethora of casual and fine dining establishments. Across the street is a lovely bakery, grocery, and various services. The nearby Orient Beach is lined with bars and restaurants, as well as water sports and horseback riding. It is also a great place to rent a beach chair and umbrella, order a drink, and sit back and people-watch. If you should tire of the delights of Orient Beach, you can cool off in the community pool before heading off to explore the rest of the island.

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
