Villa Imagine is located in a gated community of Morn Rouge the prestigious Terres Basses community also known as “the French Lowlands”. This is the “Beverly Hills” of St Martin where each villa sits on a large 2 + acre lot so you’re sure to get the privacy and quiet you desire, yet be conveniently location on the Leeward side of the island where the Caribbean Sea offers calm, warm, crystal clear turquoise waters and the soft white sand beaches of Baie Longue, Plum Bay and Baie Rouge. Villa Imagine is also close to the Dutch side, Porto Cupecoy, casinos, golf of Mullet Bay, Maho Village, and 10 a minute drive to Marigot, or 25 minutes to Grand Case and Orient Bay.
This beautiful family home offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bath, a huge living room, 2 dining areas, large well equipped kitchen, partially covered deck, and a lovely infinity edge pool. All bedrooms are of equal size (4 king beds and 1 set of twins) and each have an en suite bathroom, AC, and TV w/ DVD player. 2 bedrooms are accessed from the main living area and the other 3 have exterior access.
