This delightful villa is sits on a beautifully manicured lot nestled in the lush, green hills of the new gated community, Résidence Mont Vernon III. Centrally located between the quaint and fun filled Orient Bay Village; Grand Case, a charming fishing village boasting a plethora of restaurants and boutiques, and Anse Marcel with its picturesque pristine beach and marina, guests are an easy, short 4-6 minute drive from all the Caribbean fun and sun you’ve been craving.
Villa Harmony has a spacious, fully air-conditioned open floor plan featuring modern design, décor and finishes throughout. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar opening onto the dining room and living room.
On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with Euro Queen beds (160cm x 200cm or 64" x 78") share a bathroom with double sinks and shower, and a separate toilet room. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms each have a King bed and also share a bathroom with double sinks, and bathtub with shower. The toilet is also in a separate room. All bedrooms have large dressing rooms, a smart TV.
The terrace is spacious and includes a generous covered lounge area with group lounge seating, a large table for alfresco dining, and a gas BBQ grill! The refreshing swimming pool and its deckchairs are just the ticket after a day at the beach!
