Located in the up and coming, high end development of Indigo Bay you’ll discover Ocean 23, a lovely modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa nestled in the lush hills overlooking the lovely Cay Bay beach. This beautiful retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury while providing you with the ultimate setting for an unforgettable vacation.

 

The villa is built on 2 levels. The main entry level consists of an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen which opens to an expansive terrace and private pool. The living area is very comfortably furnished with plush seating for 6, and has a large screen TV, and an adjacent powder room. There is also an office nook with highspeed WiFi for those who must stay in touch with their office while on island. There is a large interior dining table with seating for 6, and on the terrace is another table for alfresco dining for 6. Offering respite from the tropical heat, the villa is air-conditioned throughout, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment. The fully equipped, modern kitchen allows you to indulge your culinary desires, whether you choose to prepare your own meals or have a private chef create a gourmet experience for you.

 

The upper level of the villa houses 3 bedrooms, 2 of which enjoy beautiful ocean views. The master bedroom features a King bed and private balcony, while the other two bedrooms offer Queen beds. Each bedroom comes complete with a TV and ensuite with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, providing privacy and convenience for all guests.

 

The villa’s private pool beckons for refreshing dips under the Caribbean sun, offering a secluded oasis to unwind and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. As you relax poolside, enjoy the captivating views of the azure ocean that stretch out before you. On the terrace is also an outdoor shower and a gas BBQ.

 

Convenience is key at Ocean 23, with a washer/dryer provided for your laundry needs. The villa is equipped with hurricane shutters to ensure safety during inclement weather, and a safe is available for securing your valuables.

 

Entertainment is at your fingertips with smart TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room, offering a range of options for relaxation after a day of exploring the island. Whether you’re lounging indoors or enjoying the breathtaking ocean view from the terrace, Ocean 23 provides the perfect backdrop for an indulgent and rejuvenating vacation.

 

The Indigo Bay Bach Bar is a very charming locale offering exceptionally good cuisine and plenty of exotic libations to quench every thirst. They offer service on the beach including beach chairs with umbrellas. For a bit more excitement and a lots of shopping, the bustling, quaint town of Philipsburg, the capitol of St Maarten and the port of call for the island, is a short drive down the hill. In the other direction, Cole Bay, Simpson Bay and Maho are also easily and quickly accessed and offer a plethora of dining, shops, nightlife and several casinos... In short, Indigo Bay is a great location from which to explore the island!

 

Please note that Indigo Bay is still developing. There is ongoing construction in the area and current rates have been set with the construction situation taken into consideration. Other than the visual impact, it should not negatively affect your stay. Once development is finished, rates will increase.
