Rainbow Cafe is Back (And Better Than Ever!)

The good news is that even more businesses are now open. Since I’ve been gone both Piazza Pascale and Rainbow Cafe have reopened and both look absolutely amazing!

And since it’s always better to see, here is a short video of Rainbow Cafe on Tuesday, er, I mean Wednesday afternoon. I swung by and met Doug Gobert, who runs the joint, and had some lunch overlooking Baie de Grand Case. It was, as always, delightful.

With the new design, the main entrance is from redesigned the front door now, with no apparent access from the side any longer. At least none that I noticed. The entire place was redone. The bar, the flooring, the roof, even the stairs down to the beach have been moved. They used to lead to the beach from the middle of the balcony, but they are now on the side of the balcony.

Overall, it was a stellar experience and great to see how nice everything looked. Do yourself a favor, get back to Saint Martin NOW!!!!
