St. Martin Updates
Tourism: USA Tourists arriving in SXM in 2020 to-date total 13% of the number that arrived in 2019, most coming in Jan. & Feb. All tourists are about 30% of 2019 #.
Hotels: Overnight room capacity on Dutch side is at 66% of Pre-Irma levels. And there’s room for all as occupancy is low.
Beaches & Most Popular Restaurants: Are open and beautiful! / delicious!
Quakes: SXM fortunately, so far, has been unscathed during this busy hurricane season. But SXM did experience two strong and noisy earthquakes that shook the island on Oct. 8 & 9.
