Best beach front villa in SXM		We've been vacationing in St. Maarten for over 25 years and have had the pleasure of staying in many beautiful villas and hotels. We were back for the 2nd time to Coco Beach Club because of its outstanding location...Close to everything and literally 1t steps to the ocean. Loved Our Unit On Simpsaon Bay Beach		We are back from our three week stay in St Maarten with my mother and brother. They stayed in Coco Beach #6 - as you may recall, my mother was not well enough to travel last year and you were good enough to help us reschedule the booking of the condo so we could postpone our vacation until this January. We just wanted to send you a little note to let you know we all had a fabulous family vacation together in St Maarten and my mom and brother loved their stay at Coco Beach. They really enjoyed being ocean front for sure!! They also really liked Cora, the house keeper as she was very considerate and helpful. Thank you again for helping us make this a trip to remember!!
