So glad we picked this one!		Management was super nice and easy to work with. The unit was great for 2 people. Could have used actual beach towels, not large bath towels--had to buy some because of this. Also needed a thicker blanket and nicer pillows but in all, had everything we needed. A fantastic week in a fantastic house on the wonderful island of St. Martin.		When we decided that renting a house would be a great way for the 6 of us to enjoy our week in St. Martin, we really lucked out when we found the St Martin Reservation Center. When we described what we were looking for, Ted sent us links to several properties that fit our criteria and we chose Hope Estate. It couldn't have been more perfect! It was beautiful, the views were fantastic, it was private, well equipped, with comfortable beds and lots of beautiful space inside and out. We found the location super convenient .. you need a rental car but it's a short trip to Orient beach & Grand Case. We hated to leave and would happy to return to stay in this gorgeous house again. Gorgeous location...impeccable landscaping and views...		My husband and I love St. Martin and have rented villas there many times. We have always rented in the Terres Basses area but this year decided to give Orient Bay a try. This villa looked and sounded great on the website so we took a chance. Wow! It was just as beautiful in person. They spared nothing on the furnishings and appointments. The pool was huge! We would highly recommend this villa. It is so convenient to Grand Case, and to our favorite beach (Palm Beach). Do your grocery shopping on the Dutch side to save a lot of money!! The BBQ grill was nice to have and it was in great shape. The gourmet kitchen was impressive although we had a problem with the refrigerator. That being said, Raoul from the management company was attentive to our needs. Maid service was every other day which was OK but some would probably prefer daily. All in all, a real winner! Our family of 8 were very comfortable		We loved the villa a found it to be as nice as it was portrayed on the internet. The fit and finish of this home is truly staggering and is true luxury. The amentites were 5 star!!		We stayed for a week in St. Martin at Hope Estate, also know as Monte Verde. It is in a gated community by orient beach. This place is amazing!! I have stayed in Villas in St. Thomas and Aruba they did not compare to Monte Verde. The place has (4) Master Beadrooms/Bathrooms and 4 outdoor showers. Each Bedroom had an oceanview. The amentites were 5 star!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The 180 degree view and the infitiny pool were amazing. I can not even give a recommendation on how it could be better the place is perfect. Mr. Flemming the Property manager was very attentive to all our needs and questions, housekeeping was wonderful. I guess you can tell that I really liked the place. I wish I was not back home in the cold weather of Minnesota. Oh well there is always next year.
