PLUSES
-location is the best-2-minute walk to the beach
-grounds are well taken care of, pool has been cleaned twice in our week here
-kitchen is very well equipped
-outdoor furniture in the front and back are excellent, we have spent a lot of time there
-had some issues with a couple of items that were broken in house, see below. They did come the next day which was appreciated, but the toilet paper holder is still broken. I didn't call again, not a big deal, but should be fixed for next guests.
-Bedrooms were great, ample closet space, bathrooms nice
-recommend you bring bath towels, you are provided with two bath towels per bedroom, 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towels
-A/C works great
-Big dry rack for clothes with lots of clothes pins
-Neighborhood very quiet
NEGATIVES
-there are 3 couches in the living room, two of them are really uncomfortable due to the cushions being so flat and stained that they are almost unusable
-pool lining needs to be fixed, they were supposed to come out at beginning of the week but there was a problem with getting someone to the house due to an emergency
-needed to call office as toilet seat needed to be tightened and toilet paper holder was broken.
-tv had very few channels, we were able to get 2 English channels. In advertisement for house on your website it stated that there were both English and French channels to pick from. I would have wanted to know that before we rented the house
-It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet on how to use the stove, microwave, washer and dishwasher. We found it difficult as clearly there was a language/translation problem

Great Week
Spent the week here in early Feb. and it was great. Villa was clean and very well furnished. It was our first trip to St. Martin and we have already booked our trip for next year.
