Best Place To Stay		We had a party of 14 (7 couples) stay at this house. It was the best vacation of our lives. We all loved this place so much. The beach was beautiful. The water was nice but has waves like the Jersey shore. Not so bad. The house itself is top notch. The manager of the house (Mr. Miller) was very attentive and helped with anything we needed. If you need other cars for your stay, we rented from Coastal Car Rentals. definitely the least expensive. We rented 2 Ford Explorers and they were very nice and exactly what we needed. We also hired a chef for one night. What a great thing. I only wish we had hired him for 2 nights. Everything on the island is within a half hour (unless during high traffic times). Spacious and Secluded		This is a spacious house and is good for a large group. We were on a 5 day girlfriends trip and for some it was a first visit to St. Marteen. Transportation was provided to and from the airport and the drivers were very easy going and accommodating. The house is somewhat secluded so be prepared to drive. A small car was provided, we rented another car. The beach was not the best, lots of rocks and seaweed, not even great for walking. However,being on the water and listening to the ocean was a plus. Overall, the house seems to be a bit dated and could use upgrading,a small gym would be nice.The housekeepers came once during our stay and they did a good job. The property manager was there when we arrived and most issues were addressed,but we didn't see him again until the day of our departure. It would've been nice to have received a follow up visit to make sure there were no other issues. We hired a chef, who was referred to us by the management company. Paradise found!		We rented this villa for a family experience. The age range was 2 years to 70 years in age. We had an awesome time. Spent most of our time in the kiddy pool having adult beverages. The house has everything you could ask for. The beach is the Atlantic and if you are accustom to that you know what to expect. Made the biggest sandcastle ever with my grandson. What fun we had!! Beautiful Home		Stayed here with family and friends. The house is beautiful, but does need a little work around the grounds. We were in the property during the hurricane in Oct 2014. The house did hold up(with some leaks). You do need transportation because it is away from the main areas. Pictures show the real beauty of the house. The beach is full of seaweed. TV's in every bedroom and living room. Cable and Wifi. Cell phone was provided for emergency if needed. We had a wonderful time. We hired a chef and steel drum players. It was a blast. Water pressure was good. Beds were good. Really surprised that more people have not rented this property. R Davis Dates of Stay: Oct 2014
GREAT HOUSE!		This was a great Vacation home. We had 5 couples stay and had more than enough room. Mr. Miller, who runs the house, came by several times during our stay to check on us. One evening one of the AC units went out, we called him, and he had an AC company there in 30 minutes to fix it. Super Service!!! The location of the house, in proximity to the rest of the island is just superb. All of us said this was one of our best vacations ever, and we will all be back! Mark - Texas Dates of Stay: May 2014
Beach Gem		My husband and I were looking for a relaxing vacation with our son that required nothing but laying low and plenty of beach time. When my mother found this gem I knew that this was a place I would come back to year after year. This amazing home was just what we have been searching for. A wonderful home built right on the beach. The views were unbelievable to wake up to every morning. My family and I hardly left the grounds except to food shop. The place is maintained by a wonderful family who comes in every other day to check on the house and to clean.
