| My wife and I have stayed at several condos in the Orient Bay Village and this one was the best. We stayed for the week before Christmas and it was great.
It's 100 yards from the beach, has a grocery store across the street, some of the best food in the Caribbean in the restaurants below the condo, and it's only a 10 minute drive to Gran Case for more amazing restaurants.
The condo was clean and the staff was friendly and nearby if needed. The bedroom situation would work fine for a couple with 2 or 3 kids/teen.
My only concern would be privacy if two couples wanted to share the condo. The bedroom on the first floor has a door so it is completely private. But the upstairs bedroom is lofted above the main living area, so the couple who would use the upstairs bedroom might not get enough privacy (unless of course that's your thing wink wink).
One other minor point, it was a festive time of the year and some folks were up pretty late in the restaurants below. If you were trying to sleep in the bedroom loft or living room with the doors open you might find it disturbing, though I didn't mind at all.
