Arrival Services
Our object is to provide you with a seamless arrival. To accomplish this we require guest car rental, airline arrival & departure information & required security deposits well prior to arrival.
Hotel & resort guests will either take a taxi or rental car directly to their property. Villa guests will be met at the airport and either escorted or transferred to the villa upon arrival. Coordination with car rental arrangements will expedite arrival. A brief villa orientation tour will be provided upon arrival along with delivery of keys. Check in time for villas is 3 PM (earlier if previous guests have departed and villa is ready) and check out is 12 Noon.
Please keep us updated on any flight arrival changes, have a GSM cell phone in the event of delays, immigration issues or other problems. St Martin & St Bart immigration requires your local address, which will be in your final confirmation letter. If you have a problem that has not been addressed, please contact our office at 480 460 2800 or the local management company or hotel.
