The ground floor location offers a unique vacation experience. The recessed sliding glass doors open fully to allow true "outdoor/indoor" living at its finest! Walk just a few steps to a gorgeous community pool, and just a few steps further to powdery soft sand of Simpson Bay beach. Completely refurnished after Hurricane Irma with new, calming neutral colors and décor. The home is so comfortable and being fully air-conditioned, you’ll stay cool should you decide to close the glass doors on hot summer days. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the living and dining area, which opens to the pool. There are two equal bedrooms, each with king-size beds and its own full bathroom, and a TV with cable programming.
