It's exceptionally unique location gives you a dramatic 360° degree view of lush green mountains, the Caribbean sea, the entire lagoon, the airport, Marigot, the French lowlands, and the nearby islands of Anguilla and Saba... Yes, all of that and more! You'll be mesmerized by truly spectacular views of breathtaking sunsets and beautiful sailboats, yachts, and cruise ships sailing by. On the main level, in addition to the living/dining areas and kitchen, are 4 bedrooms - 2 with king bed, 1 with queen and 1 with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, AC, WIFI, telephones, and walk-in closets.
The upper level houses a super-master suite with 2 adjacent queen size beds (each with their own remote control to position your bed the way you prefer) as one super large platformed bed. It has 2 walk-in closets and both and a en-suite bathroom. It also has an upper balcony which over looks the pool, Jacuzzi, view of the sea and the garden.
Also on the upper level there three additional bedrooms with two king sized beds and one with two twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with cable TV, AC, surround system, telephone and walk-in closet.
The exercise room is comfortable and bright and equipped with the best professional exercise equipment. The villa has both 110 and 220 Volt electricity, bidets throughout bathrooms, hairdryers, telephones, cable TV, wireless internet, gym and alarm system.
0.6 mile walk to Marina Royal for romantic dining and boutique shopping. 3.5 miles drive to Baie Rouge Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. 3 miles drive to Friar's Bay Beach offering a beachfront restaurant/bar just south of Grand Case. 1.5 mile drive to Princess Port de Plaisance Marina and Casino.
