Welcome to Ti Bleu, a charming hideaway in beautiful, fun filled Orient Bay! This comfortable, affordable condo is conveniently located just steps from “Le Place”, the quaint village square and it’s plethora of culinary delights, and only 85 yards to the soft white sand of beautiful Orient Beach!!
This fully air-conditioned home is decorated in tropical themed colors and patterns. It is a ground level so there are no stairs to deal with, and it offers a furnished outdoor terrace which opens to a garden with an access portal to the Beach and from the front door you go directly to the Place with restaurants and shops.
The main room in Ti Bleu is bright and cozy and has a very comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress, a table for 4 people, a smart TV (Netflix) and WIFI internet. The new efficient but well equipped Euro style modern kitchen offers a stove with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the dishes, pots and pans you’ll need to make lovely meals.
The bedroom is quite large with a “King” bed with storage, safe, fan and air conditioning. The bathroom with toilet is independent and also offers a washing machine.
Ti Bleu is so close to the beach that when sitting on your terrace you will be lulled to the music of the wind in the palm trees or the song of the waves. It is perfect for a couple or a small family with 1 or 2 children.
PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.
A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.

Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks. This is not guaranteed... but it never hurts to ask!
