Welcome to your next vacation in paradise!! Villa Alma is a new, fantastically luxurious and modern oceanfront 4 bedroom, 5 bath, offering total vacation bliss! This fully air-conditioned is located in the residential area of Beacon Hill and directly on Burgeaux Bay beach near Maho, the nightlife area on St Maarten. You’ll discover a very private, tranquil, comfortable ambiance, yet you are close to the a plethora of fun including great dining, shopping, casinos, and water sport facilities. In short, everything one needs to enjoy a vacation of a lifetime!
Guests delight in unending vistas of turquoise and various depths of the sea’s Caribbean blue, along with stunning sunsets and beautifully lit Cruise ships as they head into the sea. This makes for a wonderful “happy hour”; the perfect time to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to a great dinner. Hidden spotlights illuminate the coral reef below, teeming with nocturnal marine life, another unforgettable memory! Please note that the amount of sand on Burgeoux Bay varies greatly depending on the ocean currents, winds and weather. It is typically rocky and has shells, but it is swimmable with water shoes or a great place to snorkel right from the villa. The villa is also a 350 yard walk to a stairway that leads right down to Simpson Bay, one of the island’s best and most popular beaches. It is 550 yards walk to Sunset Beach Bar and Maho beach.
Villa Alma is open and bright with clean lines, cool soothing tones of greys and off whites with pops of color! The spacious 4,500 sq ft floorplan offers floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the living areas in natural light by day and surround you with moonlight at night. It has gorgeous finishes, furnishings and décor throughout. The high 10 ft ceilings have built-in lighting and the flush-to-wall doors add an exquisite touch to the modernism of the design. The main living area has elegant comfortable seating with a large screen Sat TV, a powder room, and a lovely dining table for 8, all of which enjoy those extraordinary views! The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living area and has a pass through bar. It will satisfy the fussiest of cooks.
The spacious terrace accommodates 6 chaise lounge chairs to relax in the sun, plus additional shaded seating to enjoy the views. The pool is refreshing and looks right down onto the ocean. There are steps and a privacy gate that lead down to the beach.
The villa offers 4 lovely bedrooms, each with interior access as opposed to “cabana style” exterior access that most villas have which makes the villa good for families with children.
