Beachfront baby!! Looking for an affordable yet fully refurbished condo on St Martin’s fabulous Orient Beach? Well here ya go! La Mouette is a sweet 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in the Caribbean Riviera community which is ideally located in Orient Bay Village just a few steps from the soft white sand and the great restaurants and shops of the village.

This fully air-conditioned home is located on the ground floor so no stairs to navigate, and it opens to a covered patio which is steps from the large community pool. The charming, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the comfy living room with Smart TV. On the covered patio is a table with seating for 6 for alfresco dining.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. La Mouette can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom... see rates below. Please note that for larger groups, we have another unit in the Caribbean Riviera building just steps from this one: Tres Chic.

Orient Bay, home of the famous Orient Beach, the "St Tropez" of the Caribbean...  This is a very animated beach is lined with fabulous restaurants, bars and all the water sports one could imagine.  For the naturalist, there are designated clothing optional areas toward the southern and northern end of the bay. It is 10 minutes from Grand Case with it's gourmet dining, and approximately 25 minutes to Marigot or Phillipsburg, the respective French and Dutch capitols.

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
