Located in the gated residential community of Dawn Beach Estates overlooking Dawn Beach, the villa will allow your family to spread out, relax and enjoy your Caribbean vacation and all that this gorgeous island has to offer.

Villa Ocean Pearl can accommodate up to 14 guests. The main house has 3 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an extra bonus 4^th bedroom. The separate apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, but if you open it up you’ll hear the distant sound of waves and feel the breeze while you immerse yourself in the “vacation vibe” during your stay at Ocean Pearl. The villa offers an expansive terrace with infinity edge pool and chaise lounge seating for basking in the sun. You may hear rustling sounds of monkeys munching the sea grape trees and frolicking in the branches.

Maybe you’re coming to the Friendly Island of St. Maarten/St. Martin to enjoy it as a Culinary Cuisine Capital of the Caribbean. But if you do eat in, you’ll enjoy the awesome, well equipped kitchen and brand name appliances.

Master Bedroom – King-size poster bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with 'Her' vanity, 'His' vanity, shower, soaking tub. Master bedroom is on the main floor with access to deck with its spectacular views.

Bonus/bedroom #2 – Next to Master bedroom on main floor with full size bed, air conditioning, desk and office chair. This bedroom must share the master bathroom.

Bedroom #3 – King bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to pool deck.

Bedroom #4 – Queen bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to pool deck.

BEDROOMS in Apartment:

With its own entrance gate, small living area, ocean view, with TV and fully equipped kitchen, extra parking space and access to pool deck.
