Enter the impressive gates and drive through lush gardens to an entrance gate which opens to a sheltered and beautiful heated pool (*see details) and expansive terrace which opens to the spacious main living and dining rooms. The glass walls on either side of this space give unimpeded views from the pool through the interior space to the ocean side terrace and out to sea. The villa offers a plethora of comfortable seating arrangements throughout the exterior of the villa. It is an entertainers dream and perfect for large groups!

The living area has comfortable plush seating and a large screen TV and a full size billiards table. There is a dining table with seating for 10 plus a bar with additional seating for 6. The kitchen is just beyond the dining area and is very well equipped for the fussiest of cooks.

There are 6 lovely bedrooms, each with an ocean view, a modern ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, and a personal safe. On the main level 3 bedrooms have access to the main pool and the main terrace. On the lower level, accessible by outside stairs, there are 3 more rooms, two of which have direct access to the second oceanfront pool and the gym.

The main swimming pool, located behind the living area, is heated from *October 15th to April 15^th. For stays outside this time frame the pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire. The pool is fully enclosed for complete privacy and offers shelter from the Tradewinds that can be a force on this cliffside location. The terrace has 2 large sun-beds, eight cushioned chaise loungers, and a large fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with covered dining area with seating for 12.

The gorgeous oceanfront terrace has a covered deck with plush seating and alfresco dining for 12, and down a few steps to more chaise lounge seating to take in the sun and those breathtaking views! On either side of this terrace is a gazebo with more comfortable seating and the perfect place to enjoy cup of coffee in the morning or a cool cocktail in the evening as the sun sets. And off to the side is a charming Jacuzzi on its own little terrace which has lovely views of the beach.

On the lower level below the oceanfront terrace you’ll find more plush seating, and a brand new oceanfront pool and more chaise loungers! For the young at heart, the villa also sports a new sandy volley ball court, a well-equipped gym including a punching bag, a pétanque pitch, and cornhole!

Ideally located in the private and exclusive residential community of Terres Basses, you will be staying in a prime location, a 10-minute drive from shops, restaurants and bars on the Dutch and French sides. Also enjoy Bleu Infini’s unique and direct private access to the beach of Baie Rouge.
