Madinina means “Fertile Island with Luxuriant Vegetation” in the indigenous Carib Indian language. This name is fitting for Villa Madinina, a very charming Caribbean vacation villa located on a huge, lush lot on the waters edge of the Grand Etang in Terres Basses.

Fully and beautifully renovated in 2022, this villa is now an enchanted haven of peace and offers uncluttered style with high-end yet comfortable, natural, neutral colors and textures throughout. The villa offers a feel and ambiance unlike most vacation villas as it gives you total privacy and lots of space to stretch, run, even do summer salts if you want!

Villa Madinina is fully air-conditioned and perfectly equipped with a main area composed of a large living room and an open kitchen. All the spaces were created for pure moments of relaxation to bask, as well as the daybeds outside, as the corners meal or a big net in which you will take pleasure to lie down in the sun. You can also take advantage of a space in the garden with self-service weights for those who crave a workout during your stay.

Two of the three bedrooms of the villa are accessible from the living room. Each has its own en-suite bathroom. One of the interior bedroom opens to a second living/dining room area, while the other bedroom opens directly to the terrace and the pool. The third bedroom is accessible from the terrace and also overlooks the pool. It also has its own private terrace at the back, furnished with an outdoor living room so you can lounge and enjoy every space the villa has to offer.
