One offers 2 twin beds which can be joined in a comfortable king-size bed and the second one has a king bed and private terrace with lounge chairs and a wonderful view of the beach and ocean! PLEASE NOTE:

 

1)  That neither beach chairs nor umbrellas are included with this rental, however, they are available to rent at a plethora of beachfront restaurants. Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks.  This is not guaranteed... but It never hurts to ask!

 

2)  A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.

 

3)  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.

 

4)  WiFi is a free amenity offered to guests and is not part of the rental fee, therefore, while it typically operates smoothly, speed and connection is NOT guaranteed.

 

5)  There will likely be a small selection of spices and oils left by previous guests, but none are guaranteed.  Coffee filters are supplied.
