The fabulous Villa Alizea is a luxurious, fully air-conditioned modern 4 bedroom villa located in the heights of gated Oyster Pond Estates. From its elevated position guests enjoy stunning views of Dawn Beach, the Oyster pond peninsula and marina, St Barths, and the ocean beyond. The views are mesmerizing and very relaxing.
Villa Alizea offers 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a powder room, lovely living space, and a private swimming pool. It is made up of 5 independent bungalows. The main one houses a beautiful and impressive living/dining room featuring a gorgeous, fully equipped and very modern kitchen. This bungalow opens to a lovely private pool and those amazing views. Three additional bungalows each house a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the 5th bungalow is on the lower level with bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All beds in the Villa are king size beds which are perfect for a group of couples.
At this modern style vacation villa you can enjoy the large private infinity edge pool, or the intimacy of a smaller, sheltered pool which is heated to 85 degrees Farenheit, a BBQ, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and private parking for up to 3 cars.
The quiet neighborhood is mostly occupied by owners and residents with a few vacation villa rentals dispersed throughout the hillside. Nearby you'll find Dawn Beach and the shops and restaurants of Oyster Pond. Orient Bay is about a 20 minutes’ drive, where you will find the famous Orient Bay Beach with great gourmet French restaurants, Grand Case is about a 25-30 minutes’ drive with wonderful French and Italian cuisine as well as the local Lolo’s for great BBQ dishes. Simpson Bay and Princess Juliana Int’l Airport are about 30 minutes away.
Please note that due to its elevated position and therefore steep hilly roads, we highly recommend a front wheel or 4 wheel drive rental vehicle for this villa... but the drive it worth it!! We look forward to welcoming you to Villa Alizea!
