Please note that inside the condo it is very quiet and even on the terrace the noise level of the planes is easily tolerable.

Please also note that there is an elevator to the 3rd floor where this unit is located, but it may not always be working.  While every effort is made to keep it runnung, the salt air is very challenging for elevators so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs in case it is not functioning while waiting on parts... such is life on an island!
