Villa La Siesta is a popular family vacation villa is modern, elegant, and ready to make your vacation dreams come true! The villa offers the most incredible, sweeping views of Simpson Bay lagoon, the Caribbean sea, the island of Anguilla, Marigot Bay, and the gorgeous vistas of St Martin's majestic mountain range.
Lower rates for rental of only three bedrooms with exclusive use of the villa.
The beautiful upgrades to the villa is evident as you enter the property through massive contemporary wooden doors and step into the serene, sleek openness of the white terrace and beautiful blue tiled infinity pool with a graduating entrance. The terrace offers shaded seating and protected alfresco dinning.
The living room and the gorgeous adjacent kitchen which is now fantastically open and very modern, opens to the terrace. Three fully renovated bedrooms open directly to the pool terrace and all have completely new bathrooms as well. Two bedrooms are located down a set of interior stairs and these still have the charming original Caribbean tiled bathrooms.
La Siesta is located in the prestigious Terres Basse, the "French Lowlands" of St Martin, and is just a few minutes' walk to lovely Baie Rouge beach, and as its name suggests, is the dream property for absolute relaxation and is the ideal home for a memorable holiday on the island of St Martin. Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the nearest grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and Baie Rouge Beach is a 5 minute walk.
