Villa Topaze is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located high on the hillside in the gated residential area of Jardin D'Orient and overlooks the famous and beautiful Orient Bay Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. The villa has been recently completely renovated after the hurricane and is an amazing contemporary home.

As you enter the villa the incredible view greets you through the entry arch. Two stairs down, the living area is furnished in a sophisticated and chic style with white and splashes of color to enhance the entire setting. The beautiful modern kitchen with a kitchen pass through to the breakfast bar area of the living room is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. The breakfast bar area offers six stools for the possibility of indoor dining.

Two bedrooms are located on the opposite sides of the living room plus an additional bedroom is located on the lower level. Each has king size bed and en-suite bath. The lower level also consists of an air-conditioned exercise room offering free weights, home gym and stationary bike. Spectacular views of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as a stunning backdrop for this home.

From the indoor living/dining area and the two bedrooms on the main level you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the pool deck area. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip or enjoy the view.There is also seating for six, outdoor dining area of 6 and lounge chairs for sunning.
