The residence has a large shared swimming pool and two tennis courts.  The beach is picturesque and very quiet, but water shoes may be required for swimming depending on the tides and shifting sand. A very nice new grocery, bakery, and a pharmacy are just an easy 5 minute walk away.  There re several very good restaurants and a pizza parlor within a short walk, as well as a spa at the Mercure across the street.  Marigot is only a 4 minute drive away and beautiful Baie Rouge beach is 6 minutes away.
