Villa Oceane welcomes you to experience the relaxing Caribbean life... chic, luxurious, and totally tranquil! Nestled on a beautiful, gated 2 acre lot in the prestigious “Beverly Hills” of St Martin, the guard gated community of Terres Basses, or the “French Lowlands”, this villa will deliver what you desire in a Caribbean vacation... superb panoramic ocean views, spectacular sunsets, and an easy walk to a gorgeous beach!

The spacious living area features high vaulted ceilings and opens to a sprawling terrace and large private pool, and of course, those blue ocean views. The terrace is the place to relax as it offers comfortable shaded seating areas as well as chaise loungers for sun bathing. The villa has a new modern kitchen which is reflected in the photos which were taken well after Hurricane Irma.

Step from the sunny terrace and shaded porch to an elegant and spacious living area and gourmet kitchen facing the pool and the ocean. Lush tropical gardens surround this lovely home and it is a short 6 minute stroll to the soft white sand and calm, warm waters of beautiful Plum Bay beach.

The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, ocean views, king beds, and ensuite bathrooms having 2 sinks and walk in shower. Inquire about lower rate for use of only 2 or 3 bedrooms!
