Looking for an updated villa in the prestigious Terres Basses area that won’t break the bank? Look no further! Villa Angelsmart is tucked away in the small gated community of Mont Rouge in the prestigious Terres Basses area, the “Beverly Hills” of St Martin. This affordable 4 bedroom family vacation villa was completely renovated in 2020 in a lovely contemporary style with luxurious finishes and décor, and is fully air-conditioned.

The villa consists of 3 levels. The main level offers a spacious open floor plan including the living area, and a well-equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. This level opens to a charming terrace with furnished gazebo with plush seating and alfresco dining, and a refreshing private pool with chaise lounge chairs and barbecue area. Villa Smart offers beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, Anguilla in the distance, and glimpses of Baie Rouge beach below.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, modern ensuite bathrooms, and Smart TVs. Three bedrooms are on the main level and one bedroom on a lower level, as well as an equipped gym. Two of the bedrooms have pool views and two have garden views. One bedroom has interior access while the other 3 bedrooms have exterior access.
