Oh so CHARMING and totally new after Irma! Villa Esther is a lovely, modern “Creole style” townhome located in a quiet area of orient Bay and within a short walk to popular Orient Bay Beach, and has been fully renovated since Hurricane Irma.
Esther welcomes friends and families to a relaxed Caribbean style vacation in a trendy, international setting. The chic, restful townhouse is fully air conditioned and offers brand new furnishings and décor in calming neutral greys, tans, and whites with pops of color. There are 2 floors with private terraces on each level. The ground floor of this duplex has an “open concept” well equipped kitchen that has a bar which looks onto the living room and out to the pool area. The living area has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an entertainment system. The living room opens to a large patio with an al fresco dining area leading to the BBQ.
The townhome has a private pool with chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing where you can enjoy sultry Caribbean nights enhanced by beautiful garden lamps.
Villa Esther has 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 king beds), both of which open to a large balcony, and each with ensuite bathrooms with showers and sinks. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs with ensuite bath with shower and sink. It has a king bed which can be split into 2 twins. So there is a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Please note that the WC is in the hallway upstairs and is shared between the 2 bedrooms, and the 2nd WC is downstairs and can be used as a powder room.
PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.
A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.

1) That neither beach chairs nor umbrellas are included with this rental, however, they are available to rent at Kontiki, Bikini Beach, and KKO beachfront restaurants. Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks. This is not guaranteed... but It never hurts to ask!
