This single level, fully air-conditioned townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with washing machine). The other 2 bedrooms share the same bathroom. All rooms are equipped with king size beds and plenty of storage space. One of the bedroom has a loft space to accommodate 2 children under 12.

This spacious townhome is fully air conditioned, and has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, which overlooks the terrace and pool. Villa Magnolia offers French TV and there is also a wireless internet connection.

The terrace around the pool is charming and relaxing.... and very private. During the evenings enchanting dark the blue lights light the area giving is a very cool vibe.

The villa is only a few minutes’ walk to the gorgeous soft white sand of Orient Beach where guests have a few options for lunch, drinks, and beach chairs service.

Update:  After inspection in June 2019 (well after Irma) we felt it necessary to let potential renters know that this property does need some updating.  The wear and tear is showing... Some of the kitchen cabinets are scuffed, furniture has some stains, etc... but these issues are reflected in the low rates. As long as you aren't expecting luxury, it is a comfortable home with the necessary ingredients for a relaxing vacation!

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
