Welcome to Villa Tukan, located in the heart of Orient Bay village, this fully air-conditioned 2-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with private pool will soon become a favorite among our loyal Orient Beach fans! This oh-so-charming and very affordable home is perfect for those looking for a great value for their vacation money, yet want to be close to a fabulous beach!
This town home sits on a fenced and gated lot with dedicated parking (unusual in Orient Bay village). The ground floor offers a very cute living area and brand new modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, washer AND dryer (also rare in Orient Village). This opens to a large covered deck with another living room seating arrangement, and a alfresco dinning for 8 persons, a large gas BBQ, and a spacious terrace with private pool. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor.
Tukan offers 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with king beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, WIFI, TV, and a safe in each room. Upstairs are two bedrooms overlooking a balcony with garden view and peek-a-boo sea view. These bedrooms each have en suite shower and sink and share a toilet room in the hallway. On the ground floor is the third bedroom with shower and sink in the bedroom and a toilet in the hallway.
The lucky guests staying in Tukan will have an easy 3 to 4 minute walk to gorgeous Orient Beach and its lovely, brand new restaurants. You will also be only 3 minutes walk from the quaint village square and its plethora of delicious dining options, shops, and small grocery store.
Villa Tukan will delight families, or a group of couples, with its cool décor and its indoor-outdoor easy living style... exactly what the Caribbean is famous for! Whether inside or outside, everything is planned so that your holidays are pleasant and unforgettable.
PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.
A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.

Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks. This is not guaranteed... but It never hurts to ask!
